Q: Are you making bank off of this?

We actually sell most items at break even or a small loss (which is generously subsidized by Sentry.io).

Q: Why are things expensive?

That's because we print t-shirts in only small batches, on higher-than-normal quality apparel.

Every t-shirt we sell costs between $12-17 USD to print. Add packaging, shipping to our fulfilment provider, labor, Shopify fees, etc., and it adds up quick.

Q: Where do you ship?

North America: USA, Canada, Mexico

Europe: UK, Switzerland, and all EU countries

Q: You don't ship to Australia, Singapore, or my other favorite country?

Not yet – sorry! As we grow more experienced using the store and understand our fulfilment costs better we'll explore other destinations in the future. TBD.

Q: Do you take care of import/customs fees for us?

You'll have to take care of those yourselves, sorry!

Q: How fast is shipping?

Items leave from our fulfillment provider (Sendoso) out of Phoenix, Arizona. We've observed shipments to US and Canada arrive within just a few business days.
